1. While organising her leisure time activities, every student has to bear in mind the good of other people.
    2. The quiet hours are observed between 10 PM – 7 AM.
    3. The residents are obliged to report all departures (on Saturday – Sunday or other days) to Sister Headmistress in advance (an entry on the absence list).
    4. The house is locked from 11 PM to 6 AM.

    In case of the necessity of return after 11 PM students should report it to Sister Headmistress personally in advance. If Sister Headmistress is absent, it should be reported personally to the person who represents her and signed up to the notebook (name and surname, time of return).

    If the Dormitory resident loses the key or card, she pays 50 PLN in order to make a new key.

    1. Guests can be received in the Dormitory from 9 AM to 9 PM. 
    2. Food is kept in the kitchen (fridge, cupboards, baskets). The kitchen and the dining room are places to prepare and consume meals.
    3. Students are obliged to change shoes in the Dormitory. Shoes to change have to be left in the designated place.
    4. Students take with them all their belongings and leave their rooms carefully cleaned when they depart from the Dormitory after a finished academic year. Moreover, they fill in the Departure Card and check out the room and the key personally to Sister Headmistress.
    5. It is possible to store your things in the deposit at a fee of 50 PLN during holidays. Things have to be packed in locked boxes and secured against destruction and damage.
    6. Every resident is obliged to regularly update her contact details, mainly her phone number and e – mail address and to take care of communication (reading current announcements and e ‑ mails) what facilitates building of the Dormitory community.
    7. Every student is obliged to respect the Dormitory equipment.

    For this purpose the following rules are introduced:

    • Noticed faults that need to be repaired should be reported to Sister Headmistress.
    • In case of causing damage a person who caused it is obliged to repair it or to cover the cost of the repair.
    • For security reasons, it is prohibited to use electric devices such as immersion heaters, electric kettles, irons, toasters, etc. in the rooms.
    • It is forbidden to connect to the Internet devices other than computers without the knowledge and consent of Sister Headmistress as it can cause the blockage of data transmission.
    • Refurnishment can be made only with the consent of Sister Headmistress.
    • It is prohibited to destroy the Dormitory walls and furniture by hammering nails or drawing pins, gluing photos or posters.
    • Electricity and heating in the Dormitory should be used in an environmentally-friendly and safe way through turning the light off, switching electronic devices off, closing windows in the rooms as well as in the communal areas, airing the rooms with the radiators turned down.
    • Waste have to be segregated in the Dormitory.
    • Every resident is obliged to take care about cleanliness and tidiness of her room as well as the communal areas. For this purpose, she cleans designated places according to a duty roster. Moreover, she takes part in the cleaning of the whole Dormitory two/three times a year.
